Packaged Pork Share - Winter 2024

We've taken the guess work out of buying bulk pork! We factored in the most popular cuts and all the butcher fees into a set price. Of course we can't guarantee exact weights, but we estimate that with a whole hog you'll come home with approximately 135lbs (+/- 10%) of packaged pork and around 67lbs for a half. Pricing includes processing fees.

Breakfast Sausage - Approx 20lbs
Italian Sausage - Approx 20lbs
Brats - Approx 10lbs

Bone in or Boneless Chops - Qty 25-30
Pork Butt - Qty 2
Tenderloin - Qty 2
Spare Ribs - Qty 2
