Beef Reservation - 2024
Happy Beef
Our beef are Grass-Fed their entire lives and spend every of their lives on grass, not in a barn or feed lot. They are rotated daily during the grass season, meaning they have fresh grass every day to eat and they don’t spend time on soiled areas. During the few non-grass growing months here in Middle Tennessee our beef receive very nutrient dense locally sourced hay. They receive a ration of non-GMO grain in their final winter months to ensure they maintain marbling before finishing on 100% grass.

Buying Bulk & What It Costs
We sell our beef whole, by the half, or by the quarter. Price is determined by hanging weight, which is the weight of the carcass after the skin, head, hooves and non-usable organs are removed. This figure is usually ~62% of the body weight. The hanging weight of our beef will be around 650 lbs.
